2022 CAMPGROUND RATES

• $63 per night for 30-amp & 50-amp RV Sites from Memorial Weekend through October 31, 2022 
• $75 per night for 30-amp & 50amp RV Sites on Holiday Weeks  
• $30 per night for a deluxe tent site 
• $69 per night for Premium Lake View Sites #6-10, #12 & #18-21 from Memorial Weekend through October 31, 2022 
• $75 per night for Premium Lake View Sites #6-10, #12 & #18-21 on Holiday Weeks 
• $35 per night for all RV sites during the whole month of November 2022 
• $25 per night for all RV sites during the whole month of December 2022 

Tax and $2 Park Enhancement Fees are not included in the rates above and will be added to all reservations.

BRIAR POINT CAMPGROUND AMENITIES

You can enjoy the great outdoors at one of West Virginia's best campgrounds, Briar Point Campground. We can accommodate most recreational vehicles. The campground amenities include:

• 7 - 50 amp sites
• 33 - 30 amp sites
• Full hook ups including electric, water and sewage on all RV sites
• 5 Deluxe Tent Sites
• 1 Large Tent Site 
• Mooring posts available on a first come, first serve basis
• Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet 

CAMPGROUND RESERVATION GUIDELINES

• There will be a $2 per night park enhancement fee assessed on each site.
• Rates and campground rules/polices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservations may be completed for periods with starting dates up to 12 complete months in advance starting on the 1st of each month. The FIRST date of all reservations is the key date and must fall within that date range.
• Reservations may be made by phone or in person. To reserve a campsite, please call 304-269-8889 or visit our location at the Entrance Gate between the hours of 6am and 10pm, 7 days per week. There are no online reservation options.
• If canceled more than 30 days out, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation within the 30 days prior to arrival will result in being charged the amount of the full stay. Cancellation terms will forfeit any deposits received.
• We do not guarantee specific sites. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
• Please review our campground contract for specific rules and regulations governing the use of our facility.

• Pets are only permitted in designated pet friendly rooms and cottages. 
• No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be permitted. Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted in West Virginia State Parks and Forests.
• The resort will make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted. 
• The pet must have all recommended vaccinations up to date and the owner must provide current records from a licensed veterinarian. 
• Pets are to remain on a leash at all times within Stonewall Resort State Park and while in the public areas of the lodge.  Pets may not access any food and beverage outlet, the pool areas, library, conference center or golf course. 
• During the course of the stay, accommodations will only be serviced if there is a guest in the room to restrain the pet or if the pet is restrained in a cage or crate.
• No pet is allowed unrestricted access in the guest room unless the owner is present. 
• During check in, the owner must provide a contact telephone number or location where they may be reached when the owner departs the room leaving the pet crated. 
• The owner is responsible for pet waste clean up inside the room and throughout the park grounds. 
• If the pet barks, makes other noises, or is otherwise a cause of guest complaints, the owner will be contacted immediately and Stonewall Resort reserves the right to require the owner to remove the pet or check out. No room fees will be refunded.  
• The resort, at its discretion, is not required to provide any warning or second chance for violations of any policy.  
• The owner will be billed for any loss of revenue as a result of the pet’s behavior. 
• The pet owner agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Stonewall Resort, it’s agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, expenses and damages whether direct or indirect (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet. 
• The owner must sign this Stonewall Resort Pet Policy and bring their pet to the front desk for verification upon check in.
